Earring are final sale/ non refundable. Due to hygiene reasons.

If you are returning items, we advise that you track your return as we are not liable for any parcels lost within the postal service. 

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.

Refund will always be processed to the original payment method.

All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return:

- Unworn
- No signs of wear or damage
- In its orginal condition and packaging
